히로사키의 유명 국수집 카이소바!
히로사키역에서 멀리 떨어져있지만 점심시간에 가면 예약을 하지 않으면 꽤나 기다려야하는 국수집이 있습니다.
여러 지인들에게 이야기만 들어왔었지만, 우연히 택시를 탈 기회가 있어서 택시기사분께 맛있는 국수집을 소개해달라고 했더니 카이소바로 데려다 주셨습니다. 그래서 굉장히 놀랬습니다.
들어가기전 창문을 통해서 주방장이 국수면을 만드는 모습을 볼 수 있씁니다.

아쉽게도 제가 국수 사진을 찍는 것도 잊고 맛있게 먹은 나머지 사진이 남아 있지 않습니다…;
하지만 디저트로 먹는 카키고오리(일본의 팥빙수??)는 남아있습니다.
아, 참고로 이곳은 그 카키고오리로도 유명합니다. 카키고오리를 먹기 위해서 멀리서 찾아오는 경우도 많습니다.

차(茶)맛입니다. 처음 입에 넣자마자 입에서 녹는 다는 표현이 매우 적절하다고 봐야할 정도로 살살 녹습니다. 한국의 팥빙수와는 다른 매력이 있습니다.
카이소바에서 먹는 국수는 무와, 튀김 등이 얹어져있는데요 무의 시원한 맛이 일품입니다.
